Rosanna Gangemi is a philosopher of art, art critic, curator, literary translator, and lecturer. Her research focuses on areas of indistinctness in aesthetic forms and the construction of knowledge between the humanities and the artistic practices. She holds a double PhD in Philosophy and German Studies (ULB / Université Sorbonne Nouvelle). She has co-founded and co-directed the avant-garde magazine DROME (2004-2015). Her published works include numerous papers on philosopher Günther Anders, novelist Marlen Haushofer, and conceptual artist Ketty La Rocca. She has taught contemporary arts at Université de Lille as well as in universities in Paris, and has co-edited the volumes HOME. Les sens d’une maison (Pulm, 2023) and Whims of the Wind. Weightlessness and Thought in Contemporary Literature and Visual (Mimesis, 2026).
